Hi, I’m Aimee - Mama & Certified Sleep Coach

Thank you for being here. I know how much sleep struggles can take over your world, and I want you to know you’re not alone.

Six years ago, I became a mum for the first time. I had dreamed of this moment forever. But reality? It hit hard. Silent reflux turned those first months into a blur of exhaustion, endless crying, and a level of sleep deprivation I never knew existed.

I felt overwhelmed, lost, and completely broken. Postnatal Depression followed, then a PTSD diagnosis, all while trying to keep up the act that I was “doing great” and “loving every minute” like we’re conditioned to believe we should. I felt like I had failed before I had even got started.

Then, everything changed. I worked with a Sleep Coach.

With the right support, I finally saw a way out. Sleep gave me back my sanity, my confidence, and a version of motherhood that felt manageable. But while we got results, the method didn’t totally align with me. It felt too black and white, and I knew deep down that sleep support shouldn’t mean choosing between two extremes.

Fast forward to my second baby and I realised just how many parents are struggling in silence, thinking they’re failing when they’re anything but.

So, I decided to become the person I needed back then.

I trained professionally (OCN Level 6 - distinction, baby!) and created Mama’s Sleep Co. a judgement-free, supportive space to help parents like you reclaim the joy that sleep deprivation steals.
